Paleotetra provides gas installation, maintenance, repair, and safety services for residential and commercial properties throughout Ireland. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

We endeavor to keep all appointments as scheduled. However, due to the nature of gas services and potential emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have clear and safe access to all relevant areas of your property required to perform the Services. If adequate access is not provided, we reserve the right to charge a callout fee and reschedule the appointment.
Prices for our Services are as quoted on our Website, by telephone, or in writing. All prices are in Euro and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
For installation or complex jobs, a written quotation will be provided. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any variations or additional work required beyond the initial quotation will be charged separately and agreed upon before proceeding.
We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. For certain Services, a deposit may be required before work commences.

All Services provided by Paleotetra are carried out in accordance with current Irish gas safety regulations and standards. All our gas technicians are registered with the Register of Gas Installers of Ireland (RGII).
While we strive for excellence in all our Services, we cannot guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paleotetra's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms of Service or our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

If you need to cancel a scheduled Service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Service fee or €50, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Service due to circumstances beyond our control (such as emergency callouts, illness, or severe weather). In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule without any additional charge.
